After you’ve booked a free consultation with us, a designer will meet you at your home to discuss your requirements for the project and measure the space, or you can send us your architect or builders’ plans. Shortly after the meeting they will produce an estimate for the work required and email it to you for reviewing. If you’re happy with the estimate and would like to proceed, we would ask for a small non-refundable design deposit.

After the deposit is paid, the designer will be hard at work designing. They’ll create a set of highly realistic renders and detailed drawings so you can fully visualise the space. If there is anything you don’t like or you wish to change that’s very easy to do. The renders and drawings can be passed on to your builder or contractor as they’ll indicate positions of appliances and services; and if you wish to not proceed with us they are yours to keep.

Any changes you requested at the design presentation will be amended, the visuals & technical drawings with be re-sent to you for approval. If you don’t wish to change anything else on the design and would like to proceed with manufacturing, we would ask for a 50% deposit on furniture and 100% on non-furniture items.

Once you’ve approved for us to proceed with manufacturing, we will visit one last time before installation to measure up the site. For the majority if our projects we initially measure form architects plans or unfinished walls, so this final measure is essential to take before manufacturing.

Once the final measure has been completed, the manufacturing process will start. The designer will work closely with the workshop team to ensure all details are accounted for and executed to the highest standard, whilst regularly keeping you updated on the progress of your project. One week before delivery is scheduled we will require a further payment of 40% for the cabinetry, leaving you with 10% left over.

When it’s time to install your project, our highly skilled team of fitters take over. A clean, respectful, and efficient team will professionally install your project, bringing your vision to reality.

Once the fitters have finished their installation, and before the final 10% payment is required, we’ll do a final walk-though together to ensure your project has been delivered with the care and attention it deserves. We’ll ensure every detail meets your satisfaction and only then it will be signed off and the final payment of 10% will be expected.
